Massage the chest and back, using slow upward opening movements. It may also be used in an electric or candle diffuser, and in the bath (5-10 drops). Massage oil: 15 drops/30 ml base oil such as Sweet Almond, Grapeseed or Sesame oil

Chronic pulmonary disease
