Comfrey Gel - (Canadian made) contains Allantoin that helps skin cells grow along with other substances that keep the skin healthy. Comfrey gel is first aid for any skin irritation.
Tea Tree Organic - Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and promotes and supports immune health. Used for its antiseptic properties.
Manuka - Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal.
Oregano - Known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties, it supports the immune system, fights infections and is commonly used in topical application for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Best cold sore treatment
I've used True Essence Cold Sore Gel for many years. The moment I feel even a little tingle I apply the gel liberally several times a day. It only takes one day of use and I have never had a breakout since using the gel. I keep several jars on hand and a jar in my travel pack. I give them to friends and clients who mention they get the cold sores who have also had great success using the gel. I love this product, highly recommend it and wouldn't know what to do without it.
