Description: This balancing and calming hormone-like nature blend of essential oils make them a healthful remedy for "female cycle challenges"! It is sedative, anti-spasmodic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory.
Massage over the lower back and abdomen 15-30 drops/30 ml base oil or compress 10 drops in a small bowl of very warm water. Disperse the essential oils and dip the cloth in. Wring out and place over the abdomen. Cover with a warm dry towel and a hot water bottle or heat pack.
Inhalation: For calming and balancing: drop a few drops on a tissue, and inhale
Ingredients: Salvia sclarea (clary sage), Artemisia dracunculus (tarragon), Origanum marjorana (marjoram), Lavandula angustifolia (lavender), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium)
