Description: We have had more testimonials to the effectiveness of our Headache remedy that we can count! It is an anti-spasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and balancing blend and is most effective in the early stages of a headache. Put one or two drops at the base of the skull and at the temples. If possible, and recommended: cover the eyes and lie down quietly for 15-20 minutes, breathing deeply. This blend is effective used in a small aromatic inhaler.
Ingredients: Ocimum basilicum (basil), Mentha piperita (peppermint), Melaleuca cajeputi (cajeput), Zingiber officinale (ginger), Lavandula angustifolia (lavender), Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary), Eriocephalus punctulatus (cape chamomile)

Effective and easy
This remedy is quite effective and easy to use. My entire family uses it for headaches. We rub a few drops on forehead, temples and back of the neck. Then we inhale 3 big breathes from what is left on our hands. I noticeably relax in a few minutes and headaches disappear soon after, usually I am not even aware the headache is gone, until ,much later. We have given this remedy as a gift many times and everyone raves about it.

Headache no more
I have a couple of clients that suffer from constant headaches I used this during their massage and then sent them home with a sampler in a bit of coconut oil for easy roll on. My next order will have the headache roller for one of my clients that now swears by it to relieve her headaches while we work on her cause of the headaches.

Headache gone in minutes
I made a roller bottle at 10% dilution in Trauma Oil....rolled around neck and scalp and a few minutes later remembered that I had had a headache. This was the kind of headache that accompanies weather changes and nothing seems to shift it except a good dose of ibuprofen. I am happy to have found this blend.

Works really well for migraine headaches and it's much nicer to use this product than to be taking pills.

Uplifting
Not only works for headaches and neck tension but as a 'breath of fresh air' . The spearmint does not overwhelm, but is the most noticeable scent to me. Very refreshing and uplifting.

Works amazingly well
I am not one who suffers from headaches often, but when I do, they hurt. I have tried peppermint for headaches which certainly helps, but not like this one does. Not only can you apply this one to your temples (unlike peppermint alone, which makes my eyes water), but it stops the headaches dead in their tracks. My clients love it as well!
