Common Uses: Arnica Oil is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic used for the external treatment of injuries where the skin is not broken. It is excellent for injury trauma, bruising, rheumatic pain, strained muscles, tendons, contusions, hemorrhages and swellings. Use as soon as possible after injury for maximum effect. Use in full strength for maximum effectiveness. A very effective as base for making healing ointments, it may be customized with essential oils such as Helichrysum, Plai, Lavender, Marjoram, Rosemary, Black Pepper, German Chamomile or Spike Lavender.
