Black Spruce - known for relieving stress, anxiety and fatigue
Helichrysum - anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial. Used as a natural pain reliever, treats bruises and scars and other skin conditions
Clary Sage - anti-inflammatory and antibacterial

Best Arnica cream ever
I have never found such an effective arnica cream as this. I use it every night - I usually can’t sleep because of muscle pain related to my scoliosis. I put a small amount of this cream on and it just stops hurting. Amazing product
