Wild Yam has been used for a very long time and is popular with herbalists for a variety of conditions such as hormonal fluctuations and menopause. It dilates the blood vessels and can help with PMS, spasm, cramping, heavy menstrual flow, headache, insomnia, water retention (swelling), sciatic nerve pain, and joint pain.
Apply a small amount to one of the following areas where the skin is thin such as the skin of the inner arms, inner thighs, or bottoms of the feet. Twice a day, 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
Contains extracts of Vitex, Black Cohosh & essential oils of Lavender, Geranium, Fennel, Ylang Ylang, and Clary Sage.
Fennel Seed - alleviates digestive discomfort and menstrual cramping
Ylang Ylang - promotes relaxation and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety
Clary Sage - antibacterial and anti-inflammatory
Lavender Bulgaria - anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial,antioxidant. Relieves pain and soothes sore muscles
Geranium - balancing effects on skin, known to help regulate hormones, reduces stress and anxiety and promotes a sense of calm and relaxation
Vitex Leaf - known for its balancing and calming properties. It is often used in aromatherapy to promote emotional balance and reduce feelings of anxiety and tension. It is also commonly used in skincare and hair care products for its balancing and regulating effects.
Black Cohosh - most commonly used for menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes and night sweats (together known as vasomotor symptoms), vaginal dryness, heart palpitations, tinnitus, vertigo, sleep disturbances, nervousness, and irritability.
