I find the cream helpful for my sore joints. It works better than products I find at the pharmacy and is gentle on the skin and has a mild, pleasant aroma. It doesn't stain my clothes. I have given samples to many friends. My 100 year old mother preferred it to other ligaments she was using for all the reasons given.
